LUHPLA Statement of Intent
LUHPLA is a free and open online repository that seeks to make open-access and public content from institutional organizations (IDB, ECLAC, World Bank) more easily accessible to our target users for academic/educational use. LUHPLA does not profit from any of our content and expects the same of its users. While we encourage our users to use our content for academic purposes, we require that users agree to these Terms and Conditions tacitly by using the site and its content. LUHPLA absolves itself from any unlawful action taken by its users and does not condone the use of any of its content for any purpose other than academic/educational use.
