About Our Team

Camila do Amaral (Co-Founder and Co-Creator) is a Brazilian second-year Latin American Studies graduate student pursuing a concentration in Government at the Walsh School of Foreign Service. She has a B.A. in International Relations and has previously worked with the government of the State of São Paulo, in the Department of Social Development with early childhood development policies.

Nick Ebert (Co-Founder and Co-Creator) is a 2019 graduate of the M.A. program in Latin American Studies at Georgetown University; he also earned his BSFS in 2018 from Georgetown. As a food security, sustainable development, and health policy specialist, Nick has engaged in research on the evolving face of international food chains; he devotes his academic and professional life to making Latin America a healthier, safer, and more equitable place to live.
