This repository's contents are based out of the search methodology for a policy scoping review study performed at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).

LUHPLA is aligned with ongoing projects at ECLAC, all of which are aimed towards building a robust policy background for a New Urban Agenda. These projects work towards making Latin America a safer, healthier, and more sustainable place to live.

We are also happy to partner with the Center for Latin American Studies at Georgetown University, which has earned a robust reputation as a hub for database and repository maintenance. CLAS supports LUHPLA's aim to provide literature informing research and policy that strengthens the region's efforts towards human-centered development.
